Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 17 June 2026 · v2026-06-17

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do with Bob — CmdOS by LEVEL7. It is part of our Terms of Service. Because Agents can act autonomously and message third parties on your behalf, you are responsible for keeping their use within this policy. We may suspend or terminate Agents or accounts that breach it.

1. No unlawful or harmful use

  • Do not use the Service to break any applicable law or regulation, or to facilitate anyone else doing so.
  • Do not use it to harm, threaten, harass, defraud, defame or deceive people, or to impersonate others.
  • Do not generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, content that sexually exploits minors, or unlawful hateful, violent or extremist content.

2. Anti-spam & messaging rules

  • Only message people who have given the consent required by law, or for whom you have another lawful basis to contact them.
  • Honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly; do not message anyone who has opted out.
  • Do not send bulk unsolicited messages, chain messages, or deceptive sender/subject information.
  • Comply with electronic-communications and anti-spam laws, including EU ePrivacy rules, the US CAN-SPAM Act, and equivalents in your market.

3. Respect connected platforms

When you connect a Channel or Integration (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram, email or calendar providers), you must comply with that provider's terms and acceptable-use rules. Do not use the Service in a way that would breach, evade or get your account banned by a connected platform. Automated messaging over consumer-grade channels may violate a provider's terms — using it is at your own risk.

4. Protect the Service & others

  • Do not probe, scan, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, circumvent usage limits or security controls, or resell the Service without authorisation.
  • Do not upload malware, or use the Service to attack, surveil or violate the privacy of others.

5. High-risk and prohibited decisions

Do not use Agents to make or automate decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on people without meaningful human review — for example credit, employment, housing, insurance, or eligibility decisions. Do not present Agent Output as professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.

6. Responsibility & enforcement

You are responsible for your Users' and your Agents' compliance with this AUP. Where we reasonably believe use breaches it or creates legal, security or platform risk, we may throttle, suspend or remove the offending Agent, connection or account, and where appropriate notify affected parties or authorities.
